The University of Calgary Dinos swept the UBC Thunderbirds this weekend, handing the Dinos their fourth and fifth consecutive wins of the season and dropping UBC into fifth place on the Canada West leaderboards.

Over the weekend the UBC Thunderbirds faced off against the visiting MacEwan Griffins with a chance to climb the standings. Goaltenders Dorrin Luding and Ashton Abel showed out as UBC split two hard-fought games to remain above .500 and tied for fourth in the Canada West.
