Marium Hamid is the next president of the AMS. She has also been re-elected as a Senate student-at-large.
“I am appreciative, super grateful and excited,” she said.
Hamid ran a platform on increasing AMS communications, making the society’s services more accessible to students and engaging students in advocacy. This past year she was the AMS student services manager as well as a Senate student-at-large.
“After this, I’m going to tell my parents I’m taking another year to graduate.”
