Here are your candidates for the 2022 AMS elections

Update March 2: Sam Kenston has dropped out of the Board of Governors race.

Update February 28: Sadhvi Sail has dropped out of the VP Finance race.

Update February 23: Ben Morrison has dropped out of the Senator-At-Large and Board of Governors race.

Update February 22: Emmanuel Cantiller has dropped out of the Senator-At-Large race.

Update February 20: Safia Thiam has dropped out of the VP External race.

Update February 19: Bryce Wilson has dropped out of the Board of Governors race.

It’s AMS elections season! Students are vying for five executive positions, five senator-at-large positions and two spots on the UBC Board of Governors.

Here are the candidates.

VP Academic and University Affairs: Anushreya Arora, Kamil Kanji, Anisha Sandhu, Dana Turdy

VP External: James Cabangon, Erin Co, Sanchay Jain

VP Finance: Angad Singh Gill, Noah Jassmann, Rita Jin

Board of Governors: Max Holmes, Tate Kaufman, Georgia Yee

The campaign period begins on February 28 and runs until March 11. Voting opens on March 7. Results will be announced on March 11.
