I like the F1 podcast, to be honest, like a Formula One podcast.

I’m trying to think about my most embarrassing cry spot. It was very awkward, one time someone came over with toilet paper because I couldn’t find tissues. That was very sweet, so any public place is a good cry spot on campus.
What word do you start with on Wordle?
I don’t play Wordle. I’m a monster.
Who is your favourite UBC celebrity?
My favourite UBC celebrity is UBC Affirmationz, hands down… I will one day find them, one day.

Are you for or against pineapple on pizza?
Absolutely against. I love pineapple, just not on pizza.
What is your favourite podcast?
This is a tough one, I don’t really listen to podcasts. I have one podcast I’ve listened to, it’s called Adeptus Ridiculous, they talk about sci-fi stuff.
Best spot to cry on campus?
The pool, so no one can hear you. You’re surrounded by water, so no one can see your tears. I love swimming, so personally I enjoy going to the pool regardless.
What word do you start with on Wordle?
I’m a boomer; I don’t do Wordle. I know what it is but I do not partake in it.
Who is your favourite UBC celebrity?
Evangeline Lilly because she [was] in international relations so I’m kind of biased. I'm in poli-sci and history, so it’s quite close to my major.

Are you for or against pineapple on pizza?
I am against. Pineapple is way too acid-y for pizza.
What is your favourite podcast?
The Bald and The Beautiful. It’s Trixie and Katya, they’re drag queens.
Best spot to cry on campus?
Definitely on the couches in the third floor club lounges [in The Nest].

‘Adieu.’
Who is your favourite UBC celebrity?
I want to say The Rat, but I feel like that’s a bad idea because I’m running against them. But it’s definitely The Rat.
Tate Kaufman
Are you for or against pineapple on pizza?
Oh, definitely for pineapple on pizza. The Hawaiians know how to do it right.
What is your favourite podcast?
It’s gonna get me in trouble, but definitely the old Joe Rogan Experience. I really like some of the people he has on and the interesting conversations…. Just the amount of diversity you can get [from the podcast] from political figures to explorers, jiu jitsu guys. I'm a big jiu jitsu guy myself. It's a good mix of things.
Best spot to cry on campus?
Outside of the Greek Village, on the walk from Greek Village to the A&W.

Are you for or against pineapple on pizza?
To be honest with you, I like pineapple on pizza… I see the argument that people have against having pineapple on pizza but personally, pineapple on pizza is kind of great. I'm gonna get a lot of hate for that.
What is your favourite podcast?
Honestly, Call Her Daddy is great. It's honestly a really great podcast. It's super fun to listen to. It's just a very chill podcast. You can listen to it in the background and stuff. It's funny and it's entertaining. It's informational.
Best spot to cry on campus?
In my best friend’s arms. I’m joking. I would definitely say the Rose Garden. I would say that sort of patio where you’re overlooking the Rose Garden… I’ve cried there multiple times.
What word do you start with on Wordle?
I start with ‘irate.’ I-R-A-T-E. I start with it because it has a good amount of vowels, [it] has a 'T' in there and stuff. I always get it on the third guess.
Who is your favourite UBC celebrity?
The T-Bird is always so enthusiastic. They’re always super fun to hang around and [they have] school spirit. So of course it’s the T-Bird.

For, but only as long as it has anchovies with it.

I think in the bathroom because I will be simultaneously shitting so loud that nobody will be able to hear me cry. The most public bathroom. The Nest. The first floor of the Nest.

‘Pants.’
Who is your favourite UBC celebrity?
I would have to say the Wreck Beach nudist colony. They are a strong, resilient community with a rotating cast of characters, but they're a character at UBC. I got to respect them. I wouldn't necessarily hang out with them, but I respect them.

Remy is really all about innovation, trying new things. He’s into trying different things on pizza, you know? There was this great kale and coconut curry pizza one time. Exploring different things, totally into that.
What is your favourite podcast?
I would say Remy likes to listen to podcasts if he can while he’s cooking at home. One podcast that Remy likes is How To Save the Planet and, you know, learning about world issues. If [Claire from Bon Appetit kitchen] had one, that would probably be a favourite.
Best spot to cry on campus?
My mind first went to the upstairs of J.J. Bean because it’s so secret and special, but also probably Sprouts because there’s lots of friends there who will support you if you’re going through a tough time.

Remy has only played Wordle once, but got it on the third try.
Who is your favourite UBC celebrity?
Kip the coyote but also the raccoons. UBC Forbidden Cats is a favourite. But also UBC Affirmationz is kind of my favourite celebrity.
