Two poisonous arrows from a Maasai tribe in Kenya, Africa were turned over to the North Vancouver RCMP. The RCMP then reached out to staff at the Museum of Anthropology who accepted the arrows into their collection.
Yesterday afternoon, the Musqueam community launched a cedar canoe into the Fraser River in a cultural celebration. The canoe used in the ceremony was carved out of a 350-year-old cedar log over the course of three months.
