There’s a lot of pressure on the month of January to magically produce new habits, commitments, and even whole new selves. Whether or not they eventually come to fruition, what matters is starting the year by reflecting on things that matter to you.
The most lovable vending machine — also known as “The Hugging Coca Cola Machine” — is back at UBC. Standing tall in the SRC is Coca Cola’s signature red and white text with the words “Hug Me” front and centre. It’s kind of hard to miss.
Every few weeks, your student government spends a Wednesday night to talk about a bunch of things and there are always a few tidbits that might interest you. Here's what to watch out for in the upcoming AMS Council meeting on January 13, 2016.
Starting this past New Year, BC Liquor in Wesbrook Village is closing two hours earlier than normal. Instead of being open until 9 p.m. from Monday through Saturday, they are now closing at 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
